Raptor Behavioral Threat Assessment supports school teams documenting and coordinating behavioral threat-assessment cases. It organizes information, team workflows, and follow-up within the district’s adopted assessment process. It is a separate module from Raptor Visitor Management.
A case connects reported information, team deliberation, assigned actions, and follow-up. Designated staff manage access and use the record within the district’s adopted threat-assessment and response procedures. An alert or report is information for human review, not a diagnosis or established finding. Authorized responders follow local procedures and document the resulting decisions.

Concern intake and triage
- Captures referrals and information about concerning behavior from authorized staff and other sources.
- Supports initial review, urgency assessment, assignment, and escalation to the appropriate team.
Structured threat assessment
- Guides teams through configurable evidence collection, interviews, questions, risk factors, findings, and determinations.
- Promotes a repeatable process aligned with the district's selected threat-assessment model.
Case collaboration
- Maintains notes, documents, tasks, meetings, contacts, and role-based access for multidisciplinary teams.
- Creates a shared record across school administration, mental-health staff, safety personnel, and other authorized participants.
Intervention and safety planning
- Documents supports, risk-management strategies, responsible staff, timelines, and monitoring plans.
- Tracks follow-up so an assessment leads to sustained action rather than a one-time determination.
Reporting and oversight
- Provides case status, activity, trend, and process reports for school and district review.
- Helps districts monitor consistency, timeliness, and completion while protecting sensitive student information.
