Why use it? Review reported postsecondary outcomes and identify missing, late, or inconsistent survey and status information.

Find discrepancies: Compare the student list with the survey roster, contact attempts, response documentation, exit or completion status, and the special education system when applicable. It contains record-level or identifying information and should remain restricted to authorized users.

  • SSID, local student ID, student name, or staff identifier as applicable
  • School, LEA, and SELPA when applicable
  • Exit and completion information
  • Survey date
  • Postsecondary outcome
  • Response or non-response status
  • Reported subgroup indicators
