4.5 - Staff Non-Classroom Based or Support Assignment - Detail

Review · Detail Public sharing · No

Why use it? Review staff counts or assignments and identify differences between CALPADS, human-resources records, credentials, and the master schedule.

Find discrepancies: Compare each result with HR position records, SEID and demographic data, credentials, job classification, FTE, and teaching or support assignments. It contains record-level or identifying information and should remain restricted to authorized users.

Checking the assignment against the source record

Use Report 4.3 for course assignments, 4.4 for the staff profile and 4.5 for nonclassroom or support assignments. Match the educator’s SEID and school across the records. In SASS 8.13, class 13 identifies an instructional teacher and class 14 a non-instructional teacher. For a course section, check the itinerant and pull-out/push-in indicators in CRSE 9.37 and 9.38 against the actual assignment. Fall 2 Reporting Roadmap
