PSTS0002 School must have a relationship with LEA if populated

If School of Attendance is populated then it must have an active reporting relationship with the Reporting LEA.

PSTS0475 SELPA Code must be blank for CPA and CTE Education Program Participation Type

If Education Program Participation Type Code = 10 (CPA) or 20 (CTE), then Reporting SELPA must not be populated.

PSTS0476 Missing SELPA Code

If Education Program Participation Type Code = 30 (SPED), then Reporting SELPA must be populated.

PSTS0477 Invalid Local Special Education Student ID

If Education Program Participation Type Code = 10 (CPA) or 20 (CTE), then Local Special Education Student ID must not be populated.

PSTS0478 Missing Local Special Education Student ID

If Education Program Participation Type Code = 30 (SPED), then Local Special Education Student ID is required.

PSTS0483 User not authorized to submit CPA and CTE data

If Education Program Participation Type Code = 10 (CPA) or 20 (CTE), then the user must be assigned the PSTS Edit role.

PSTS0484 User not authorized to submit Students with Disabilities data

If Education Program Participation Type Code = 30 (SPED), then the user must be assigned the PSTS for SPED Students Edit role.
