How to review the record

  1. Find the affected assignment

    Match the rejected SASS row to the employee’s SEID, school and assignment. Confirm with HR that class 13 describes this instructional assignment for the reporting period.

  2. Inspect all seven fields

    Read fields 8.15 through 8.21 in the submitted row. Trace each populated code to the local assignment. If an unrelated duty was copied onto the class 13 row, correct the assignment mapping and preserve any separately reportable duty on its appropriate record.

  3. Verify any leave code

    Use 6018 only when HR confirms the employee was on leave for the assignment being reported. After a supported correction, regenerate the SASS file, inspect all seven fields and check the submission result.
