    Match the current SSID, qualifying SENR enrollment, School of Attendance, grade level, activity dates, and Academic Year ID.

    Verify the completed activity

    Have the work-based learning owner confirm the activity type and retain the employer, course, hours, evaluation, sponsorship, and supervision evidence that applies.
