Understanding the Error: There is no Student Incident Result (SIRS) record with an Incident Result Code 100 (Out-of-School Suspension) or 200 (Expulsion) was found for a student exited with T165 (Transfer for Disciplinary Reasons) at the same school during the reporting period (July 1–June 30). Suggested Resolution: 1) If there are any students who met the criteria above, submit the appropriate Student Incident Result record(s). 2) If a disciplinary incident and the resulting disciplinary action are reported in different academic years (e.g., an incident at the end of one school year with the suspension or expulsion recorded in the following year), no further action is needed.
