SchoolCare, formerly CareDox, is a student health record platform for K–12 school nurse offices. It centralizes digital charting, office encounters, health conditions, medications, care coordination, and immunization-compliance work while giving authorized staff a consistent record across schools.

The platform also supports communication with families and connections to healthcare services. Districts use it to reduce duplicate data entry, manage chronic-health needs, follow up on missing requirements, and turn health-office activity into usable operational information.

Closegap is a school-focused student wellbeing platform built around short, developmentally appropriate check-ins. Students can share how they are doing, ask to connect with an adult, and use brief self-guided social-emotional resources, while authorized staff receive timely signals about students who may need support.

The product helps schools identify concerns earlier, prioritize follow-up, and understand wellbeing patterns without relying only on referrals or periodic surveys. It supports early and crisis-intervention workflows, but it is not a clinical health record and should not be presented as a substitute for professional mental-health assessment or emergency procedures.

ImPACT Applications provides computerized neurocognitive and related assessment tools used as part of concussion management. Schools and their healthcare partners use baseline and post-injury testing to add objective measures of memory, attention, problem solving, balance, and other functions to a broader clinical evaluation.

For districts, ImPACT can standardize assessment across athletic programs and give trained providers additional evidence when monitoring recovery and considering return to activity. It is an assessment system, not a standalone diagnostic tool or a complete student electronic health record.
