SchoolStream is a K–12 business-process automation platform from Right Response that combines intelligent forms with configurable applications for finance, HR, student services, facilities, and school-site operations. It is designed to connect workflows around existing SIS, HRIS, finance, and identity systems rather than replace every system of record.
A form can move across departments without becoming the authoritative personnel or financial record. Process owners coordinate approved actions and the corresponding updates in the district’s operational systems. A completed approval and a changed operational record may be separate events. Process owners establish responsibility for that final handoff and the evidence retained.
