KeepnTrack Volunteer Management
Overview
- Overview
-
KeepnTrack Volunteer Management supports school volunteer recruitment, applications, approval, screening, check-in, service-hour tracking, communication, and reporting within the broader KeepnTrack visitor and campus-management platform. Districts can maintain reusable volunteer profiles instead of repeating paper forms at every school.
A volunteer profile connects an application, screening outcome, approved role, and service history. School offices coordinate the current authorization while program staff use participation records for local administration. Program approval can outlast an individual visit. Coordinators and front-office staff maintain the distinction between ongoing authorization and a specific campus presence.
