T.O.M. WebTrips is Gecko Microsolutions' online field-trip request and approval tool, connected to Transportation Operations Manager. School staff submit trip details, designated approvers review requests, and transportation teams coordinate scheduling and charges. It links school activity planning with the operational work of the transportation office.
A trip request connects a school activity with approval, transportation capacity, and charges. School and transportation staff reconcile changes before buses, drivers, and associated costs are committed.
