WebHelpDesk
Overview
- Overview

SolarWinds Web Help Desk is a web-based ticketing system for internal or external support requests. It creates and routes tickets from web and email channels, applies assignment and escalation rules, tracks communication and resolution, and provides knowledge-base and reporting tools. School technology teams use shared queues to coordinate support and follow-up.
Email conversations become assigned service records with visible status. District technology teams can follow who owns an issue and how long it has remained unresolved across school sites. Consistent request types, locations, and status definitions help teams interpret workload and service outcomes without losing the detail of individual cases.
