Health-e Pro is a K–12 menu-planning and nutrition-compliance platform for recipes, menus, nutrient analysis, allergens, production records, costing, purchasing, inventory, and public menu publishing. Nutrition teams use it to build compliant meal cycles and communicate accurate menu information.
Recipe and ingredient information connects menus with allergens, production, cost, and purchasing. Nutrition staff coordinate updates so the published menu and the records used in meal preparation remain consistent. Changes to ingredients can affect several outputs at once. Nutrition staff coordinate the source recipe, operational records, and information made available to families.
