Overview

Overview
AODocs is a document-management and business-process platform built around controlled libraries, metadata, permissions, versions, retention, and document lifecycles. It extends Google Workspace with stronger governance for policies, contracts, records, approvals, and other content that must move through defined states.
Districts can route documents for review, trigger actions from metadata or time conditions, and preserve audit history while users continue working with familiar Google files. Its primary home should be Document Management, with workflow listed as a major capability rather than the category itself.
