It captures context around flagged activity and routes alerts to authorized district responders.
The service can include automated detection, trained human review, and round-the-clock escalation depending on the district's subscription. It does not replace professional judgment or emergency protocols; districts need defined alert recipients, privacy safeguards, documentation practices, and response procedures.
