FortiAnalyzer is security analytics and log-management software from Fortinet. FortiAnalyzer centralizes supported security telemetry to help IT teams investigate events, build reports, and coordinate monitoring across the Fortinet environment. District security teams use the records to investigate activity across school networks.
Centralized logs connect events across devices and times. Security teams reconcile source clocks, identities, and coverage before interpreting a sequence of activity or documenting an incident response. Logs and permissions need current identity and asset context. Security owners coordinate response with the staff responsible for the affected systems and information.
