Overview

Home Campus is a high-school athletics administration platform centered on student-athlete clearance, coach clearance, schedule and facility management, and athletic-association processes. It replaces paper participation packets and separate schedule files with digital forms, signatures, review queues, expiration tracking, rosters, events, and published athletics information.

Participation clearance connects a student with forms, approvals, eligibility dates, and a team. Athletic and school staff reconcile changes before using the roster for events or participation decisions.

Allows parents and students to complete required information through AthleticClearance.com.
Retains athlete information from year to year and supports multiple siblings within a family account.
Keeps participation records organized within the school’s Home Campus account instead of relying on paper packets.
Scheduling and facilities
Manages games, practices, team events, school events, opponents, levels, results, and facilities in a common calendar.
Provides facility schedules and event reports so athletics staff can identify conflicts and coordinate spaces.
Publishes configurable schedule, roster, calendar, score, coach, and facility feeds to school or athletics websites.
Coach clearance
Creates digital coach-clearance forms and signature workflows.
Tracks expirations and lets districts customize questions to match local human-resources policies.
Association coordination
Supports association processes such as transfers, eligibility, playoffs, fees, and online directories in configured state platforms.
Synchronizes applicable schedules and athletics information with Home Campus association software, including CIF Home.
Offers calendar feeds compatible with common calendar applications; districts should confirm which association exchanges and website feeds are enabled for their state and subscription.

Home Campus is another of our products that connects directly to CIF Home. When we first started building CIF Home we found that there was a need for a more robust scheduling and management tool for an athletic department. We found users were generally entering schedules in as many places as 6 or 7 places. Our goal was to consolidate that down to one and that will forever be our mission. All directory information, schedules & scores, rosters, and coaches information is shared with CIF Home and vise versa.
