My class is missing from the learning platform

Confirm that the class is active in the student information system and assigned to you as the teacher of record.

One of my classes does not appear in the learning platform. What should I check?

Work through these checks in order.

  1. Confirm the official classConfirm that the class is active in the student information system and assigned to you as the teacher of record.
  2. Check hidden course areasCheck the platform's hidden, archived, or future courses area.
  3. Escalate with identifiersIf missing, provide the course number, section, term, school, and expected students to the roster support team.

Keep in mind: Do not create a duplicate course until staff confirm whether an official rostered course is still syncing.
