My co-teacher needs access to our Learning Management System (LMS) or another app but cannot access it. What is the proper process to get them connected?

Work through these checks in order.

  2. Submit the access detailsSubmit the course ID number, staff ID number, role, effective dates, and the name of each app they need to access.
  3. Collaborate through approved methodsUse approved collaboration methods while access is provisioned.

Keep in mind: Do not add staff as students or share teacher credentials to provide temporary access.
