Schoolwide versus targeted assistance

Individual code-122 SPRG records apply to identified students receiving services in a Title I Part A targeted assistance model. At a Title I schoolwide school, participation is derived from cumulative primary enrollment; do not manufacture individual 122 records to clear reporting totals.

Use the academic year in which the documented service occurred. Confirm the format required by the current file specifications and do not infer the year solely from the date the file is uploaded.
