A historical Part C-to-B conference remains part of the applicable IFSP history. It should not be copied into a later IEP or ISP PLAN segment.

    Clear 23.34 from a non-IFSP PLAN segment, or correct Plan Type only when the governing plan is actually an IFSP. Repair recurring crosswalk or copied-forward logic.

    Confirm acceptance and review connected SENR, SWDS, MEET, PLAN, SERV, SELPA, and DSEA history.
