SWDS0605E1: Missing Meeting Record for Evaluated Student with Disabilities
If an Eligibility Status record exists, there should be at least one Meeting Record at the same reporting LEA who did the eligibility determination.
Official Version 18 validation
Severity: Fatal Type: CDD
Eligibility Status requires a MEET record at the Reporting LEA that made the eligibility determination.
Fields validated: SENR Data
Recommended correction path
- 1
Preserve the failed record
Save student, school, Reporting LEA, academic year, effective dates, Eligibility Status, and every record needed to verify a MEET record at the Reporting LEA that made the eligibility determination.
- 2
Confirm the eligibility determination
Review the signed evaluation and decision, status code, and effective date.
- 3
Locate the MEET history
Search by SSID and Reporting LEA for the meeting that produced the determination.
- 4
Compare ownership and keys
Reconcile Reporting LEA, meeting type/date/status, student identity, and reporting period.
- 5
Correct the supported side
Submit/repair MEET only for a real meeting; otherwise correct an unsupported SWDS eligibility record.
- 6
Repair the SEDS extract
Trace meeting suppression, eligibility linkage, and LEA mappings.
- 7
Reprocess the lifecycle
Confirm MEET, SWDS, PLAN, and SERV are coherent.
Before closing the correction
- Student identity and reporting ownership are correct.
- Eligibility Status is supported.
- a MEET record at the Reporting LEA that made the eligibility determination is supported on the required effective date.
- The authoritative workflow is corrected and regenerated reports reconcile.
