The Reporting LEA on the SPRG record must close all open historical SPRG 191 records for the specificed SSID with an Education Program Membership End Date of 6/30/2025 or earlier. If a student is enrolled during the 2025–26 academic year and continues to qualify as homeless, create a new SPRG 191 record with a Education Program Memebership Start Date that falls within the 2025–26 academic year, based on local enrollment dates.
