1. APPLY
- Securely apply online from any web browser. The easy application process is designed to allow the applicant to quickly fill out necessary information that is needed to make an informed decision.
- The applicant can upload all necessary volunteer clearances and select any or all schools which they want to volunteer.
- After applying, the applicant can login to review their information and check the status of their application.
2. SCREEN
- Upon application submission, a Sex Offender check can be performed on the applicant, as well an an optional full Criminal Background check.
- The Sex Offender check can help prevent you from allowing a known offender to volunteer at your school.
- The full Criminal Background check can give you peace of mind that you are keeping unwanted criminals out of your school and around your students.
3. DECIDE
- Administrative screens allow you to see who applied, review their clearances, checks the status of Sex Offender and/or Criminal Background check, and review their existing visitor information.
- You will have all of the information you need to make an informed decision on whether to approve or not approve a volunteer application.
4. TRACK
- Once the applicant is approved, they can check in as a Volunteer at any SGG workstation or Kiosk.
- Their volunteer visits and hours are logged so you have full insight into your volunteer activity.
- Use our web-based reports to view volunteer activity.
