Registration staff can monitor applications in real time, return submissions for correction, use role-based access and audit history, and resolve records into Aeries SIS. Districts should document identity matching, duplicate handling, residency review, language access, accessibility, and records-retention procedures.

Staff use a real-time dashboard to review applications, filter by school, grade, or status, return incomplete submissions, identify potential duplicates, and synchronize accepted information with Aeries SIS. Enroll Path is a separate modern enrollment offering; districts should not assume that an existing Aeries Online Enrollment implementation automatically includes it.
