Flock Benefits Administration by Paychex is the current destination for new benefits-administration customers previously associated with BeneTrac. It manages employee eligibility, plan information, enrollment, life-event changes, documents, reporting, and benefits communications for employers and brokers.Existing BeneTrac customers can still access supported accounts, while Flock connects with Paychex Flex and other payroll providers to synchronize employee, enrollment, and deduction information. This is a benefits and HR product rather than a general financial-management system.
