EdFiles is a cloud document and records-management service that combines scanning, conversion, secure storage, retrieval, and governance for education and other organizations. Districts can use it to convert paper collections, preserve digital files, and provide authorized access without maintaining physical filing rooms or conducting manual box retrieval. Digitized files need indexing and ownership to become useful administrative records. Departmental and records staff coordinate the connection to a person, year, or case as physical collections become searchable digital content.
