SINF - Student Information
SINF errors involve "Student INFormation" errors. These errors involve the actual student demographic information, such as the student's full legal name and/or alias, demographic information such as gender, ethnicity, etc, parent education level, and more.
When uploading files it is important to remember the order, and only upload a SINF file AFTER you have uploaded the SENR enrollment file.
FRMT0001
Field length does not match Calpads File Specifications
FRMT0002
Date format does not match Calpads File Specifications.
One or more of the fields in the file are not in the required date format (MM/DD/YYYY). One or more of the fields in the file are not in the required date format (MM/DD/YYYY).
January 5th, 2006, for example, should be entered as 01/05/2006

A required field for the submitted Records Type is missing

The value provided for the field is not a valid value from the CALPADS Code Sets.

For a submitted SINF record, the provided Effective Start - End date range does not fall within the submitting LEA's (Local Educational Agency) ownership period of the student.
