Suggested Resolution
1) Verify that Student Hispanic Ethnicity Indicator is blank in the submission.
OR
2) If the Student Ethnicity Missing Indicator is incorrectly populated in the submission, remove or change it so the correct value is submitted to CALPADS for the student information record of the SSID.
