SeverityFATAL error - Must be corrected in order to post the record and/or certify your data.
Error Description
If Primary Residence Category Code not equal to 100, 110, 120, 130, OR 310, then Residential Address City Name must be populated.
Suggested Resolution
1) If the Primary Residence Category is correctly populated in submission, ensure the correct value for Residential Address City Name is provided in the submitted record.
OR
2) If the Primary Residence Category is incorrectly populated in submission, change it so the correct value is submitted to CALPADS for the student information record of the SSID. See http://www.cde.ca.gov/ds/sp/cl/systemdocs.asp for the CALPADS Code Sets and File Specifications documents.
