Each district is counted once per product, even when several school, grade, or evidence records support the connection. Enrollment is the district’s full reported population for the labeled year, not the number of students using the product. A connection may cover only some schools, grades, courses, or a pilot.

Each product is classified only by its single primary Joomla category. The combined English Language Arts + Early Literacy option includes products from either category and counts each connected district once in overall coverage. Connection scope is explicit: administrator audit includes all stored associations and all district statuses; published mode includes published connections with accessible published listings; strict mode additionally requires verified connections, verified supporting evidence, current or unspecified use status, and valid effective dates. Audit and published scopes can include historical, planned, pilot, or unverified records. These views measure recorded information, not confirmed current use.

Overall coverage divides enrollment in distinct connected districts by known enrollment in all database districts within the selected scope and year. Product percentages use that same district enrollment baseline. Enrollment matching excludes conflicting ST_LEAID/CDS district identifiers, using the earlier coverage report’s guard. This is not automatically the full statewide CDE population. Products overlap, so percentages can total more than 100%. Missing enrollment is omitted from population sums and disclosed beside each product. A product with no reported enrollment shows “Not available.” These are individual catalog products; editions and publisher implementations are not automatically combined.
