Operational workflow

  1. Confirm FY2028 eligibility, program section, IAGS access, active UEI/SAM status, core user, and published deadline.
  2. Build a source-control roster for federal property or federally connected pupils, including survey/source-check and special education evidence where applicable.
  3. Reconcile counts, enrollment, ADA, property data, prior application, and internal approvals.
  4. Complete every application and signature task; resolve portal validation and reviewer questions.
  5. Verify submitted status and receipt by the applicable deadline; preserve the full application and source package.
