Report Final ELO-P Expenditures for 2024–25
Report final eligible expenditures and the unspent balance for the 2024–25 allocation to CDE by September 30, 2026.
In Plain Language: Report final eligible expenditures and the unspent balance for the 2024–25 allocation to CDE by September 30, 2026.
Why this matters
The allocation year determines the spending/reporting pair. A report about the wrong appropriation cannot close the actual funding obligation.
Primary ownership
Expanded-learning lead and fiscal services, with the authorized CDE submitter
Required distinctions and controls
- CDE’s allocation-specific table gives the final reporting date as September 30, 2026. Spending ends before reporting: June 30, 2026.
- Reconcile costs to the applicable ELO-P program plan and preserve the current public plan URL requested by CDE.
- Use the CDE ELO-P expenditure reporting system. Do not substitute ASES/21st CCLC ASSIST reports, operational intent or the offsite-provider certification. Follow CDE’s instructions if reporting access is closed.
Recommended LEA workflow
- Confirm the allocation year, current portal instructions and approved program plan.
- Reconcile the complete allocation ledger to payroll, contracts, invoices and eligible service delivery.
- Resolve costs outside the availability period, duplicate claims, unsupported amounts and coding errors.
- Have fiscal and program owners approve reported expenditures and the unspent balance.
- Submit by the reporting deadline; retain the exact report, confirmation and any recovery/correction correspondence.
Evidence to retain
- Allocation and expenditure ledger
- Program plan and public URL
- Cost eligibility support
- Approved final report
- Receipt and recovery/correction record
