Primary ownership

Primary owner: CALPADS administrator with enrollment, LCFF/FRPM, EL, special education/SELPA, and dropout owners. Certification owner: authorized LEA certifier with SELPA review/approval at the required stage.

Operational workflow

  1. 1. Close the approved correction inventory with source and posted-state evidence.
  2. 2. Rerun all affected certification and pupil-level reports.
  3. 3. Obtain renewed program-owner signoff on changed totals.
  4. 4. Recertify the complete submission and obtain required SELPA approval.
  5. 5. Save final reports, status, approval, and correction log.
