A K–5 knowledge-building science curriculum in which students investigate anchor phenomena through coherent storylines, hands-on work, authentic texts, discussion, modeling, and assessment.
PhD Science uses four modules per level to build science knowledge through sustained investigation of anchor phenomena. Students ask questions, gather evidence, develop and revise models, read authentic texts, participate in Socratic Seminars, construct explanations, and complete science and engineering challenges and end-of-module assessments.
