A K–12 reading intervention using diagnostic placement and targeted phonics and language-comprehension instruction.
Reading Horizons Ascend Focus is a targeted reading intervention for elementary through high school students who need more than core instruction. A diagnostic assessment places each student into phonics and language-comprehension strands, with grade-band-appropriate texts, independent practice in digital or print, and biweekly progress monitoring. Teacher support includes real-time data, manuals, sound-spelling cards and posters, with defined entry benchmarks and exit pathways.
