Error Description
Service Duration field must greater than or equal to 10 minutes per service session.
Suggested Resolution
Understanding the Error: Service Duration field must be greater than or equal to 10 minutes per service session.
Suggested Resolution: Update Service Duration to a value greater or equal to 10 minutes per service session.
Note! Unlike most records, SSRV data records cannot be manually changed in CALPADS. At this time the data can only be changed by submitting a new SSRV file directly from your Special Education Information System program (e.g. SEIS, Siras, Welligent, etc.) Also, SSRV files can only be uploaded AFTER SPED files have been uploaded. Please reference our community forum area on this subject for answers to specific questions.
