SeverityFATAL error - Must be corrected in order to post the record and/or certify your data.
Error Description
If Service Frequency Code is populated Then Service Duration must be populated.
Suggested Resolution
Understanding the Error: Service Duration must be populated if Service Frequency Code is populated.
Suggested Resolution: Do not populate Service Frequency Code, or populate Service Duration.
Note! Unlike most records, SSRV data records cannot be manually changed in CALPADS. At this time the data can only be changed by submitting a new SSRV file directly from your Special Education Information System program (e.g. SEIS, Siras, Welligent, etc.) Also, SSRV files can only be uploaded AFTER SPED files have been uploaded. Please reference our community forum area on this subject for answers to specific questions.
