Suggested Resolution
Verify a valid CDS value is entered in the validated field. Refer to California School Directory (http://www.cde.ca.gov/re/sd/) or Charter Schools Directory (http://www.cde.ca.gov/ds/sd/cs/ap/selectdistrict.aspx)
Note! Unlike most records, SSRV data records cannot be manually changed in CALPADS. At this time the data can only be changed by submitting a new SSRV file directly from your Special Education Information System program (e.g. SEIS, Siras, Welligent, etc.) Also, SSRV files can only be uploaded AFTER SPED files have been uploaded. Please reference our community forum area on this subject for answers to specific questions.
