Description
If Special Education Service Code equals 750, 820, 830, 840, 850, 855, 860, or 890, then Student Age must be at least 5 years, but less than 23 years.
Severity
FATAL error - Must be corrected in order to post the record and/or certify your data.
Suggested Resolution
Understanding the Error: The system is validating that the Student age is at least 5 years, but less than 23 years if Special Education Service Code equals 750, 820, 830, 840, 850, 855, 860, or 890.
Suggested Resolution: Update either the Student Birth Date, Education Plan Amendment Date (SPED record), or Special Education Service Provider Code to resolve this error.
Note! Unlike most records, SSRV data records cannot be manually changed in CALPADS. At this time the data can only be changed by submitting a new SSRV file directly from your Special Education Information System program (e.g. SEIS, Siras, Welligent, etc.) Also, SSRV files can only be uploaded AFTER SPED files have been uploaded.
