Error Description
If Special Education Service Provider Code equals 300, then Student Age must be at least 3 years, but less than 22 years.
Suggested Resolution
Understanding the Error: The system is validating that the Student age is at least 3 years, but less than 22 years if Special Education Service Provider Code equals 300.
Suggested Resolution: Update either the Student Birth Date, Education Plan Amendment Date (SPED record), or Special Education Service Provider Code to resolve this error.
Note! Unlike most records, SSRV data records cannot be manually changed in CALPADS. At this time the data can only be changed by submitting a new SSRV file directly from your Special Education Information System program (e.g. SEIS, Siras, Welligent, etc.) Also, SSRV files can only be uploaded AFTER SPED files have been uploaded.
