Description

If School of Attendance = 0000001, then the School of Attendance NPS must be populated.

Severity

FATAL error - Must be corrected in order to post the record and/or certify your data.

Suggested Resolution

Note! Unlike most records, SPED data records cannot be manually changed in CALPADS. The data can only be changed by submitting a new SPED file directly from your SPED program (e.g. SEIS, Siras, Welligent, etc.) Please reference our community forum area on this subject for answers to specific questions.

1) Enter the appropriate School CDS code value in the School of Attendance NPS field in the submission

2) If the School of Attendance is incorrectly populated in the submission, then remove the value in the School of Attendance NPS so the correct value is submitted to CALPADS for the SPED record of the SSID.
