Error Description
If ELAS code being submitted does not equal any ELAS code in ODS--- then ELAS Start Date being submitted must be greater than the most recent ELAS Start Date in the ODS.
Suggested Resolution
Verify that the ELAS Status Date and ELAS Code are correctly identified in the submission and are correctly aligned with the existing CALPADS ELAS Code(s) / Status Date(s). Reference the CALPADS Valid Code Combinations (tab: Current ELAS-Submtd ELAS) for the acceptable most recent ELAS Code to Subsequent ELAS Code sequencing.
