Missing Meeting Delay Code for Subsequent Triennial Evaluation

Severity
FATAL error - Must be corrected in order to post the record and/or certify your data.

Error Description

If Education Plan Type Code = IEP (100) or ISP (200)
AND 
Special Education Meeting Type Code = 40 (Triennial) 
AND 
Most recent prior SPED record in ODS where Special Education Meeting Type Code = 40 (Triennial) has a Special Education Meeting Date > 3 years from Special Education Meeting Date submitted
THEN Meeting Delay Code must be populated.

Suggested Resolution

1) Verify all validated fields are populated,
2) If Education Plan Type Code = IEP (100) or ISP (200)
AND Special Education Meeting Type Code = 40 (Triennial) 
AND Most recent prior SPED record in ODS where Special Education Meeting Type Code = 40 (Triennial) has a Special Education Meeting Date > 3 years from Special Education Meeting Date submitted
Verify 14.23-Meeting Delay Code is populated.
