Missing Meeting Delay Code for Annual Evaluation

Severity

FATAL error - Must be corrected in order to post the record and/or certify your data.

If Education Plan Type is an IEP (100), IFSP (150), or ISP (200) AND

Special Education Meeting Type Code = 20 (Annual)

AND

Special Education Meeting Date > 1 year from Special Education Meeting Date in the most recent prior SPED record

THEN Meeting Delay Code must be populated.

1) Verify all validated fields are populated,

2) If 14.24-Education Plan Type Code = 100 (IEP), 150 (IFSP), or 200 (ISP)

AND 14.20-Special Education Meeting Type Code = 20 (Annual)

AND Student Age* >3

AND 14.21-Special Education Meeting Date > 1 year from the Special Education Meeting Date in the most recent prior SPED record

Verify 14.23-Meeting Delay Code is populated
