Severity

FATAL error - Must be corrected in order to post the record and/or certify your data.

If Education Plan Type Code = IEP (100) or ISP (200) AND

Special Education Meeting Type Code = 40 (Triennial)

AND

Special Education Meeting Date > 3 years from Special Education Initial Entry Start Date

AND

No prior SPED record in the ODS has an Special Education Meeting Type Code = 40 (Triennial)

THEN Meeting Delay Code must be populated.

1) Verify all validated fields are populated,

2) If Education Plan Type Code = IEP (100) or ISP (200)

AND Special Education Meeting Type Code = 40 (Triennial)

AND Special Education Meeting Date > 3 years from Special Education Initial Entry Start Date

AND No prior SPED record in the ODS has an Special Education Meeting Type Code = 40 (Triennial)

Verify 14.23-Meeting Delay Code is populated.
