Any other ascii code characters will be rejected.  Check for hidden characters.

Suggested Resolution

Remove any special characters from the submitted values for fields in the Field Validated column. Field must only contain Alphabetic letters, numbers, periods, hyphens and apostrophes, and forward slashes
