Understanding the Error: The file submitted contains an SELA record for an SSID that already already exists in the ODS for that student with the same ELA Status code and same ELA Start Date and different Reporting LEA Things to check for in submission: Verify that the fields listed in the Fields Validated column are correct in the submitted file. Suggested Resolution: 1) Verify the ELAS Status Code, ELAS Start date are correct
