Aeries Online Enrollment is the family-facing registration module for collecting new-student information before records are added to Aeries SIS. Parents or guardians enter household, contact, residency, language, health, emergency, and other district-required information and upload documents through a configurable online process.
District staff review submissions, resolve missing or duplicate information, and transfer accepted records into Aeries rather than retyping paper packets. Districts should distinguish new-student enrollment from annual data confirmation, returning-student updates, school choice, and placement workflows that may use other Aeries functions.
Not to be confused with Aeries Enroll Path, another Aeries enrollment offering with its own configuration and workflows. Annual returning-student data confirmation is also a separate process. Districts should identify the specific enrollment offering they use.
