Product Details

Overview

Aeries Online Enrollment is the family-facing registration module for collecting new-student information before records are added to Aeries SIS. Parents or guardians enter household, contact, residency, language, health, emergency, and other district-required information and upload documents through a configurable online process.

District staff review submissions, resolve missing or duplicate information, and transfer accepted records into Aeries rather than retyping paper packets. Districts should distinguish new-student enrollment from annual data confirmation, returning-student updates, school choice, and placement workflows that may use other Aeries functions.

Features
Family application
  • Collects student and household data, required acknowledgments, documents, signatures, and district-defined questions through a multilingual web workflow.
  • Supports new-student intake outside the staff SIS interface.
Review and SIS transfer
  • Lets staff review, correct, approve, reject, and import submissions into Aeries SIS while checking for possible duplicate students.
  • Local procedures determine residency and eligibility decisions.
Configuration and governance
  • Supports school-year settings, forms, notifications, document requirements, and district branding.
  • Districts should define retention, accessibility, language, and abandoned-application practices.
