Synergy SIS is Edupoint’s core student information system for enrollment, student records, scheduling, attendance, gradebook, transcripts, discipline, health, fees, state reporting, and family engagement. It anchors the broader Synergy Education Platform and shares data with optional teaching, assessment, special-services, MTSS, analytics, and registration modules.
The shared student record links school-office work with teachers, families, and district programs. Optional modules extend that record into other workflows, with their use determined by the district’s implementation. A stable student identifier provides continuity across years and schools. Enrollment and course dates determine which records belong to a particular roster, service, or reporting period.
For district data leaders, the system’s significance is the reach of its shared records. Changes to enrollment, identity, or program history can affect access, services, and reporting. Schools, program owners, and technology staff coordinate who approves changes, when they take effect, and how corrections reach receiving systems and reporting processes.
